These mini pumpkin cheesecakes would be perfect for a fall or winter party and can be easily consumed in two bites.The whipped cream frosting has the perfect hint of maple syrup. I am not going to lie, I ate the extra whipped cream straight out of the bowl.

Creamy Asparagus Bacon Pasta

Asparagus PastaI made this pasta last week, it was perfect for a late summer meal.

1. Cook the bacon, then chop into small pieces.
2. Blanch the asparagus to soften it a little.
3. Cook bow-tie pasta.
4. While pasta is cooking, make the cheese sauce.
5. Sprinkle bacon and asparagus on top of plate of pasta, drizzle with cheese sauce.

Mini Crème Brûlée

Creme BruleeI’m a sucker for Crème Brûlée, if it’s on a menu I will order it. These bite sized crème brûlées are great because they can be made in advance of a party and all you have to do is broil them for a few minutes prior to eating. Creme Cupcake Creme Brulee Creme Brulee Mini Creme Brulee

One of these mini Crème Brûlées was the perfect amount to satisfy my craving. The caramelized top was great even without the use of a torch, just be sure to watch it broil because it can quickly go from perfectly melted to burnt. Get the directions here.

Chocolate Graham Cracker Cupcakes

Chocolate Graham CrackerThese cupcakes were so perfectly rich and the graham cracker topping added a nice crunch. I topped these with a little extra chocolate sauce but I think I will try a marshmallow frosting to make them even more s’more like.Chocolate Batter Graham Cracker CupcakesFor the graham cracker topping, I took the cupcakes out at about halfway (after they had been in the oven for 7 minutes). I combined 1 cup of crushed graham cracker with 4 tbsp. butter and 2 tbsp. sugar. I sprinkled this on top of the batter and put the cupcakes back in the oven for 8 minutes.Chocolate Cupcakes

These were so incredible easy, I couldn’t believe it.
